稽古日誌 20160704

こんばんは。

今日は剣道稽古の日。

今日は防具を身に付けたら、
顔から手、身体全体がサウナ状態。

極限の時こそ、性根が出る。

自分の欠点に気付かされます。

あぁ、まだまだヘタレでござる。
反省と自分への苛立ちと迷いがぐるぐる。

そんなぐるぐるを断ち切り、
向かっていかなければ
ヘタレな自分を超えられない。

まだまだ、です。

ぼたぼたと滝のような汗を流し、
スッキリしました！

まさに浄化！

今日の先生の言葉。

雷に驚いた時のように
相手が驚くような声を出す。

大きな声に一瞬ひるむ。
そこに１本、隙がある。

雷が鳴り響くような
相手の心を揺るがす大きな声を出そう。

Good evening.

The day when today is kendo rehearsal.

Like the time when I was surprised at thunder.
A partner raises a marvellous cry.

A moment quails before loud voice.
1 bottle is off its guard there.

Thunder rings.
I'll raise the loud cry which shakes partner's heart.
