今日はなんだか朝からずっと
暑さ厳しかったです。
お昼休憩には私も周りの人も
のびちゃってましたね。

我が家は昔から、
七夕といえば、素麺。

七夕の日に素麺を食べると、
その１年間は病気にならないとか。

平安時代の延喜式という法典に
素麺の元になった「索餅」さくべい、
というものを供えると記されているそうです。

七夕素麺は歴史に残る風習だったのですね。

七夕素麺を食べて魂を浄化。

そして、

今日は２回目の
ライトダウンキャンペーンです。

涼しげにも感じます。

ニュースで、
地球のオゾン層の穴が、
小さくなってきたと言っていました。
みんな一人一人の小さな積み重ねが
結果として現れたのですね。
嬉しいです。✨
